1.What is the delivery lead time upon placing order?
You will receive an email from us within a week of placing order.
2.What is the cost of delivery?
For orders less than SGD 100, door-to-door delivery fee is SGD 10.
3.I would like my items to be delivered to a local (Singapore) address via normal postage. What are the charges?
For items less than 2 kg, postage charges are as follows:

An additional SGD 2.25 for local registered mail is highly recommended.
We will not be responsible for any loss of non-registered mail.
4.What if the weight of my items ordered is more than 2 kg?
Your items will be treated as a parcel and postage rates will be high. It is recommended that you opt for door-to-door delivery for orders of more than 2 kg in weight.
5.How fast should I flash my cards to my child?
Always remember that your child is able to see things very fast due to his/her active right brain. What we can see in one second is able to be seen by a child in a fraction of a second. Because of this reason, it is important to flash the cards to your child as fast as possible. Do not worry whether your child is able to digest the information or not. Children learn through repetition, and if cards are flashed fast continuously and on a regular basis, your child will be able to show you how much he/she has absorbed when ready.
6.I would like to self-collect my items? What is the address?
You may self-collect your items from 135 Jurong Gateway Road #04-355 Singapore 600135 (above NTUC Fairprice opposite Jurong East MRT station, next to JCube) from Wednesdays to Sundays between 11 am to 6 pm. 7.I would like to return the item(s) after having collected it / delivered to me. Can this be done?
All products sold/delivered are non-returnable and non-refundable.
